These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bik taka website, mobile platform, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bik taka Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

bik taka operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players based in Bangladesh. The Platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and related gaming entertainment services.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players regardless of location, language preference, or device used to access the Platform. 1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are prepared and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only and has no legal standing in the event of a dispute.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bik taka regarding your use of the Platform.

Access to and use of the bik taka Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion they access the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bik taka enforces a minimum age of 18 for all registered players without exception.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company, or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bik taka or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bik taka employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

By completing account registration, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and remain met for the duration of your use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification

bik taka reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2.2 Consequences of Underage Use

If bik taka has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If it is confirmed that the player is a minor, the account will be permanently closed, all funds (including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus balances) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

To access the full range of bik taka services — including casino games, sports betting, and payment facilities — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity, or another person's details at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bik taka Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. bik taka employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts except the original verified account will be closed.
• Any bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus play, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any amounts attributed to bonus abuse.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). bik taka strongly recommends using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service. You must notify bik taka immediately at [email protected] (plain text) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bik taka will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by your failure to secure your credentials. All activity conducted through a logged-in session is deemed to have been carried out by the account holder unless bik taka is notified of a security breach prior to the activity in question.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and current. Changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be reported to bik taka support promptly. bik taka may suspend withdrawal privileges if account information cannot be verified against provided documentation.

bik taka operates a BDT-first payments infrastructure. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees for players depositing and withdrawing in BDT.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

bik taka currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bik taka account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. bik taka is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. Key withdrawal conditions include:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before real-money withdrawals can be made against the relevant balance.
• bik taka targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of request submission for verified accounts. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within a few hours.
• bik taka reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bik taka is committed to operating a platform free from financial crime. We apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with best-practice standards. Players may be required to submit identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Refusal to cooperate with AML/KYC requests will result in account restriction and may result in permanent closure.

bik taka offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of issuance and to these general bonus terms.

5.1 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account. To convert bonus funds to real-money withdrawable balance, you must complete the stated wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus" means you must wager the equivalent of 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal). Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type:

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bik taka reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, placing low-risk mathematically certain bets to fulfil wagering requirements ("bonus washing"), using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or colluding with other players.

5.5 Seasonal and Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

bik taka runs promotions aligned with the Bangladesh events calendar including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL season, IPL season, and national holidays such as Victory Day (16 December) and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions carry individual terms and are available exclusively to verified Bangladesh players during the stated promotional window.

By using the bik taka Platform, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Operating more than one active account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in games or the cashier to obtain financial benefit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino games, or any game where collusion may influence outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bik taka staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the bik taka Platform, its software, or game content.

bik taka reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, withdrawals may be suspended. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be closed, balances forfeited (or returned minus any improperly obtained amounts), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

bik taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your bik taka account at any time by contacting [email protected] (plain text). Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (subject to completed KYC and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. bik taka will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee or initiating dormant account procedures. Inactivity fees, where applicable, will not exceed ৳200 per month and will only be applied where a real-money balance exists. No inactivity fee will reduce a balance below zero.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bik taka Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, bonus communications are suppressed, and re-activation is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bik taka's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bik taka shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service failures
• Technical malfunctions in game software from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others)
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate

8.1 Platform Availability

bik taka aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bik taka will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

8.2 Game Results and Finality

All game results are final once confirmed by the game server. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in a player's browser or app and the result recorded on the bik taka server, the server record shall be the definitive record. bik taka's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution procedure described below.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the bik taka service, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] (plain text) with full details of the issue. bik taka will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint — disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.
